Developer of the Year award for 2011
to developer Ival Goldstein.
Goldstein has developed land and built homes in Chattanooga since
1992, specializing in golf course communities. He is the developer of
the Windstone golf course community, and is currently building 104
single-family homes and townhomes in Whisper Creek,
which is the last of
12 phases at Windstone.
